The process
your destination Wedding ...
First of all, congratulations!
Weddings are a lot of organising so I am here to help & offer any expertise that I possibly can.
With International experience, I will do my best to provide as much help & detail as possible leading into your Wedding Day.
This is basically broken down into 4 segments, please find below.
01.
THE MEETING
Let’s get to know each other! A meeting is scheduled with you & your partner to discuss your ideas & plans leading up, & the day itself.
Once ready to make things official, an $800 deposit is required to lock out your date. From here, your Portal link is sent to you which will have your Invoice, Questionnaires & Contract attached.
02.
Travel costs
Cost of travel is required by the Wedding Party, this is inclusive of flights, additional weight allowance for camera gear, & accommodation if required up until the day after your Wedding.
Flights can be organised by either party (If you have points you would like to use) at the agreed dates by both me & yourselves. You are only required to cover these costs up until the Wedding itself, therefor, flight travel home is not required & will be covered by Jacob
DETAILS.
- Coverage of flight to destination
- x30 kg’s weight allowance + carry on is required
- Accommodation is required x3 days minimum before the Wedding Day.
03.
Wedding Costs
$4800-
Your Wedding coverage has no time limit. As I am already at your destination Wedding, I am yours for the entire coverage of your Wedding. This is inclusive of the lead up to your day & any pre-shooting for Film &/or Photography.
A digital photo gallery will be provided to you in which you can download, share & view in an interactive format (available on any computer, tablet or phone).
DETAILS.
- Post-production will be 4-6 weeks
- Covered by 1 x Photographer/Videographer
- Raw images are not provided
- No time limits
04.
Your Wedding Day & post
T‒ 60 Days
Your final invoice is delivered & I will touch base with you to see how everything is tracking, a rundown of your Runsheet for the event & lead up.
T‒ 7 Days
Your final payment is due & 1 more touching base is made from my end before I fly out.

Post-Production
I will get in touch as soon as your photos or film is ready & forward
